Alistair Hogg

Alistair Hogg's work experience includes serving as the Global Social Media Lead at FIBA since 2021. Before that, they worked as a Digital Content Manager at the International Cricket Council from 2017 to 2021, where they managed content, operations, and editorial direction across digital products and social media channels. Prior to that, they were the Digital & Social Media Manager at Sydney Airport from 2016 to 2017, where they managed the airport's digital presence across various platforms and led the implementation of automated flight status alerts served via Twitter. Alistair also worked as a Media & Communications Manager at SANZAR from 2013 to 2016 and as a Digital Producer at Fox Sports from 2012 to 2013. From 2009 to 2012, they ran their own media consultancy, working with various brands and providing services such as content creation, copywriting, and social media management. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Media & Communications Manager at Harness Racing Victoria, Media Manager at St Kilda Football Club, Communications Officer at Golf Australia, and Journalist at Sportal Australia.

Alistair Hogg began their education at Carey Baptist Grammar School from 1997 to 2003, where they obtained their VCE degree. Following this, they attended RMIT University from 2004 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Communication degree with a focus on Journalism. Alistair went on to pursue further education and completed their Master's Degree in Commercial Law at the University of Melbourne from 2014 to 2018.
