Didier Rossi

Didier Rossi has extensive experience in human resources and business innovation. Didier served as the Global Head of Human Resources at FIBA, leading the organization through a transformation process. Didier also worked as a Member of the Board at PREMIUMPEERS, a consulting and expertise platform for digital and operational transformation. Additionally, they founded and served as the President of InnoChance Suisse, a non-profit business innovation network. Prior to these roles, they held various HR positions at Procter & Gamble, including Head of HR - Global Beauty Care Product Supply and EMEA Head of HR - Beauty & Grooming PS. Didier also had IT management roles at Procter & Gamble, leading global purchasing, supply chain, and information delivery projects.

Didier Rossi's education history shows that in 1984, they began studying for a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Namur (Notre Dame de la Paix), which they completed in 1986. Didier then continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Business Information Systems between 1986 and 1989.
