Najib Chajiddine

Najib CHAJIDDINE has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Najib began their career as a Commercial Stagiaire at Repro Conseil S.A.S in 2009. Najib then worked at Crédit Agricole du Finistère as a Chargé de clientèle particuliers and later as a Chargé opérations internationales. In 2017, they became an Animateur intervenant at Crédit Agricole d'Ile-de-France, where they provided external training on emotion management and conflict resolution.

In 2015, Najib joined the Ligue Nationale de Basket as an Arbitre de Betclic Elite. Najib also served in various roles at the Fédération Française de BasketBall. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Responsable du Service Clubs, responsible for managing the development of the 3.0 Clubs program. During this time, they also held the position of Responsable Développement Championnat & Arbitrage 3x3, where they created and implemented the 3x3 club championship at the departmental, regional, and national levels.

Najib has also been involved with FIBA, serving as a FIBA 3x3 International Referee and later as a FIBA 3x3 Referee Instructor since 2016. In 2019, they founded United Maroc, an NGO that promotes sports as a means of development, social integration, and performance in Morocco and Africa.

Currently, Najib is working at the Fédération Française de BasketBall as the Responsable du service Jeunesse since 2023. In this role, they oversee the work of the Youth Commission and ensures the smooth implementation of national actions.

Najib Chajiddine obtained a Licence degree in Droit bancaire, des affaires, de la finance et des valeurs mobilières from Université de Bretagne Occidentale during the years 2010 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing et Pratiques Commerciales at IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, in August 2011, they obtained a certification from Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France.
