Agnieszka Wegrzyn

Agnieszka Wegrzyn has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position from 2020 onwards is with FIBARO, where they hold the roles of CTO and Head of Software Development Department. Prior to that, they worked at Hertz Systems Ltd. as the Director of Technology Development from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they held various positions at Apator Rector, including Director of Software Development Department, Head of Production, BI Team Manager, and IT Analyst, between 2008 and 2017. Agnieszka also worked at Uniwersytet Zielonogórski as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer from 1998 to 2013.

Agnieszka Wegrzyn attended Politechnika Zielonogórska from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a BSc in Computer Science. Agnieszka then pursued their MSc in Computer Science at the same institution from 1997 to 1998. Agnieszka went on to complete their Phd in Computer Science at Warsaw University of Technology from 2000 to 2003. In 2017, they attended ICAN Institute to study Management. Agnieszka also obtained certifications in COBIT 5 Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation Level, and PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG International in 2015.
