Mike Whitmore

Mike Whitmore is an accomplished technical director and chief technology officer with extensive experience in live streaming and event production. Currently serving as the Technical Director of Events at Columbia | SIPA since April 2024, Mike has been pivotal in various roles, including CTO and Head of Production for Swerve Fitness, where premium cycling workouts are streamed globally. Mike has also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Summit 68 and Chief of Streaming at Zeldavision, overseeing live streaming operations for major productions. Notable past positions include Technical Director at Wowee TV and Lincoln Project TV, where Mike successfully developed technical infrastructures and managed large production teams. With a background in content creation and a strong focus on audience engagement, Mike has led projects that have garnered millions of views across digital platforms. Educationally, Mike attended Gettysburg College and Purchase College, SUNY.
