Madhab Shil

Madhab Shil is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as a Manager at Fiber@Home since June 2011. Madhab's expertise includes commissioning multiplexers such as Tejas1100 and Tejas 1270, with a strong working knowledge of SDH, PDH, and optical fiber technologies. Prior to this role, Madhab held positions at BroadBand Telecom Services Limited, focusing on network design and maintenance, and at Technovista Limited, where responsibilities included LAN setup and network troubleshooting. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from East West University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
