Saddam Hossain Sajib is currently the Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Fiber@Home Ltd., where responsibilities include payroll processing, employee benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with HR services. With prior experience as Assistant Manager and Executive in Human Resources at SSG - Super Star Group, Saddam has a strong background in HR operations, including payroll activities and leave management. Saddam holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Jahangirnagar University, an MBA in Marketing from Manarat International University, and a BBA in Human Resource Management from the same institution, along with educational foundations in Business Studies from Savar Cantonment Public School & College and Savar Cantonment Board High School.
