James Rabbia has a diverse work experience, primarily in operations and management roles. James started their career as the VP of Engineering at Utica Metal Products in 2001 and held the position until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as the VP of Operations at Cathedral Corporation. James then joined Sturges Manufacturing as the VP and GM of Operations from 2006 to 2008. James then moved to Remington Arms, where they initially served as the Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Manager from 2008 to 2009, followed by becoming the Plant Manager in Ilion, NY from 2009 to 2011. Since 2011, they have been working as the Vice President of Operations at Fiber Instrument Sales, Inc.
James Rabbia completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University during the years 1987 to 1990. James then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management from 1998 to 2001, specializing in MBA.
