Claudia Vaccari

Claudia Vaccari is an accomplished professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in resource and job management, particularly within field operations. Currently serving as the Head of Resources & Job Management for FiberCop since July 2024, Claudia previously held the same position at TIM from July 2016 to June 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing mobile network quality and managing customer complaints, among other tasks. Prior to that role, Claudia worked as a Team Leader in Mobile Access Network Performance Management and as a Project Manager focusing on wireline broadband projects. Claudia's career began with Telecom Italia as a Radio Network Engineer, engaging in ultra broadband access network development and LTE project management. Educationally, Claudia holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from Università di Roma Tor Vergata.
