Jim Boger

Jim Boger is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in plant operations and power management. Currently serving as a Plant Engineer at Fiberon Decking since June 2015, Jim has previously held key roles including Power Station Manager at ArcelorMittal - Burns Harbor, where responsibilities included managing a 180 MW power station, and Project Engineer at ArcelorMittal, focusing on equipment development and energy-saving projects. Jim's career also includes significant roles at Mittal Steel, Saint Gobain Containers, World Kitchen, and Browning-Ferris Industries, providing strong expertise in plant utilities, equipment upgrades, and overall operational management. Jim holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of West Florida and an AA in Ceramic Engineering from Hocking College.
