William Lepley

William Lepley is an experienced construction manager and project manager with a strong background in fiber optic networks. Currently serving as the Construction Manager for FTTH GPON at ENTRUST Solutions Group since February 2023, William also holds the position of Resident Engineer at FiberRise since January 2022, focusing on RUS FTTH projects. Previously, William managed fiber network construction for Zayo as a Project Manager at Hutchins Telecom from 2018 to October 2021. William's earlier roles include Project Manager at GRIDSOURCE, Inc., where responsibilities included long-haul underground fiber projects and dark fiber construction for Zayo from September 2012 to May 2018. Additionally, William worked as a Service Technician at Global TeleCom Services Inc. from February 2006 to August 2012 and as a Coax Splicer at MasTec from January 1999 to March 2006.
