Hadi Sumartono has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Hadi began their career at PT Kimberly Lever Indonesia as an HR & GA Manager from 2004 to 2006. Hadi then worked as an HRD Manager at PT Cipta TPI / PT Sun Televisi Network Broadcasting from 2006 to 2008. Hadi then joined (Indofood CBP-Asahi) PT PCIB; PT TSP; PT TMP as a Division HR Manager from 2008 to 2018. Following this, they served as the Head of HR-OD and GS Division at PT KMI (Wire & Cable) Tbk (Gajah Tunggal Group) from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Hadi is the Head of Human Capital at PT Mega Akses Persada (FiberStar), a position they have held since September 2019.
Hadi Sumartono received a Bachelor's Degree in West Philosophy from Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta in 1997. Hadi then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the same university, completing it in 2000.
