Marijke Groothaert

Marijke Groothaert has a diverse work experience. Marijke started their career in 2002 as a Research Fellow at KU Leuven. Marijke then moved to DSM in 2005, where they held various roles including Scientist, Senior Scientist, Project Manager, and Program Manager Caprolactam Technology. In 2015, they joined Fibrant as the Program Manager Research & Technology. Marijke has recently become the Director of Research & Technology at Fibrant.

Marijke Groothaert completed their education in a systematic and progressive manner. Marijke pursued their undergraduate studies at Sint-Hubertuscollege, Neerpelt from 1987 to 1993, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided. Marijke then moved on to KU Leuven, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemical Engineering between 1993 and 1998.
