Joe Schulte

Joe Schulte is a seasoned banking executive with extensive experience in commercial business development and leadership roles across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Market President of Commercial Business Development at Fibre Federal Credit Union since December 2021, Schulte previously held the position of President/CEO at Clatsop Community Bank from August 2013 to January 2022, where Schulte was also a co-founder and served as EVP and Director from April 2006 to 2013. Earlier roles include President at Compass Mortgage (2001-2008), AVP and Lender at Pacific Continental Bank (2000-2001), and VP Branch Manager at Bank of Astoria (1996-1999). Schulte's academic background includes a Master of Science in Business from Oregon Graduate Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting from Pacific University.
