Skipper Martin

Skipper has more than 10 years of experience at Fibrebond and currently serves as Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance. In his role, Skipper’s goal is to increase LEAN manufacturing throughout our facility by identifying and reducing hidden waste, minimizing equipment downtime, and optimizing equipment availability through a progressive preventative maintenance program. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
