Sarah Helgeson

Sarah Helgeson has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sarah started working at FibroGen, Inc. in 2022 as the Sr. Director of Medical Writing. Prior to that, they worked at Eli Lilly and Company for over 20 years in various roles such as Associate Vice President of Medical Affairs Communications, Associate Vice President of Medical Affairs Strategy and Transformation, and Director of Scientific Communications. Their roles at Eli Lilly and Company included responsibilities in global customer information, global medical information, medical communications, and medical liaisons.

Sarah Helgeson attended Cornell College from 1990 to 1994 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time there, they studied English and Women's Studies.
