Cap Wang has a strong background in compliance and auditing, with experience in various multinational companies. In 2004, Cap started their career at PwC as a Senior Associate, where they performed internal control assessments and audits. They then moved to Nestle in 2007, working as a Senior Internal Auditor and Team Leader. In 2010, Cap joined the Nestle Group Audit as an International Auditor. Cap then transitioned to Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson in 2011, where they served as a Health Care Compliance Manager, focusing on compliance consultancy and monitoring. In 2013, Cap joined Novartis as the Head of Compliance for OTC Greater China and Korea, overseeing the establishment and enforcement of compliance programs. They also led anti-bribery due diligence and implemented compliance projects. Cap continued their compliance roles at Metro Cash and Carry in 2015, where they served as the Head of Compliance for China, and later at METRO Sourcing International Limited, where they acted as the Compliance Officer. Cap's most recent position is with FibroGen, Inc., where they currently serve as the Director of Compliance.

Cap Wang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance Management from the University of International Business and Economics, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
