Kendell M. Pawelec

Kendell Pawelec is the CEO of FibrosIX and has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Kendell has worked as an editor for Bone Repair Biomaterials, a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Michigan, and a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Research Fellow at FUJIFILM Manufacturing Europe B.V. In their current role, they manage contract research organizations and conducts research to support the development of novel therapeutics. Kendell also oversees business assets and secures funding opportunities surrounding lung fibrosis.

Kendell M. Pawelec obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Materials Science and Engineering from Michigan State University.
