Scott D. Larsen

Scott Larsen is a Research Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Michigan since October 2007. Scott also serves as the Director of Vahlteich Medicinal Chemistry Core, and Co-Director of the same core. Before joining the University of Michigan, Scott worked at FibrosIX, Inc as the Vice President of Chemistry. Prior to that, Scott was a Research Fellow at Pfizer and held various roles at Pharmacia for almost two decades. Scott has a postdoc degree in Organic Synthesis from Indiana University Bloomington, a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a BS in Chemistry from Alma College.
