Tosha Wilson-Davis

Tosha Wilson-Davis is a native of Butler, GA with a diverse background in higher education, the federal government, & Corporate America. Before joining Fickling & Company, Tosha served as a Corporate Technical Recruiter for Tech Giant, Amazon, where she sourced talent for critical technical and nontechnical roles. She has spent most of her time in the last 4 years building & operating Penciled IN Resume Writing and Career Services, LLC., which she founded in April 2019. Before moving into entrepreneurship, Tosha spent 10 years in higher education serving in several roles including Department Chair, Professor of Criminal Justice & Public Administration, and Course Developer. She is now in her 13th year in higher education serving Park University. From July 2010-May 2017, Tosha served as a federal government employee in the role of Contract Specialist/Negotiator with the Department of Defense (DoD) at Robins AFB and the General Services Administration (GSA).
