Christa Hoelscher

Christa Hoelscher has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at FICO since October 2010, where responsibilities include conducting full-life cycle recruiting for IT, Software Development, Marketing, and Corporate Operations. Prior roles at FICO include Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Acquisition Consultant II, with a focus on assisting in the hiring process and coordinating recruiting events. Christa also has experience as a Communication Dispatcher at the University of San Diego and as a Graduate Teaching Associate at San Diego State University. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Recruiting Assistant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
