Jennifer Yung

Jennifer Yung is an experienced professional in sales operations and business analytics, currently serving as the Head of Platform and Optimization Sales Operations at FICO since June 2019, with previous roles including Senior Lead Analyst and Lead Analyst in Business Operations. At FICO, responsibilities include ensuring compliance and accurate payments related to sales incentive compensation as well as supporting the annual incentive planning process. Prior to FICO, Jennifer worked at Oracle from May 2012 to June 2019, where various roles encompassed sales operations analysis, territory mapping, and quota management for approximately 200 representatives. Additional experience includes positions at RightNow as a Field Compensation Specialist and Bridger Mountain Log Homes as an Architectural Draftsperson. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Montana State University-Bozeman and is a current licensed massage therapist.
