Michelle Gibson

Michelle Gibson, MPA, is currently the Vice President of Business Operations, having previously served as Senior Director and Chief of Staff for the Chief Product & Technology Officer at FICO from 2022 to 2024. With extensive experience spanning roles such as Technical Writer, Proposal Coordinator, and Manager of Software Development Teams, they have worked at various organizations including Zoot Enterprises and Creative Associates International. Michelle holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Public Administration from American University and a BS in Business Administration and a BA in French from The University of Montana. Presently, they are enrolled in an Exchange Program in International Affairs and Public Management at the Hertie School of Governance.
