Ruben Rangel is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and driving operational efficiency across multiple sectors, including technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Technical Duty Officer at FICO®, Ruben oversees a 20-member team within Cloud Services, ensuring optimal performance across various client-facing environments. Prior to this role, Ruben held significant positions at American Tower, where as Deputy Director of Service Delivery for LatAm, a team of 110 was successfully managed, resulting in a substantial IT budget reduction. Additional experience includes roles at Ferrero and TIBAIT Services, where effective leadership and strategic implementations significantly enhanced service delivery and operational capabilities.
