Joe Aiken

Joe Aiken is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in strategy, corporate development, and finance. Currently serving in Strategy & Corporate Development at Fictiv since June 2022, Joe contributes to the company's mission of simplifying custom manufacturing. Previous experience includes roles as an Investment Banking Associate focused on Industrial Growth Products and as an Equity Research Associate in Industrial Technology at William Blair from May 2018 to May 2022. Joe began a career in finance as an Analyst at Elementum Advisors, LLC, where the focus was on Catastrophe Bonds from July 2015 to May 2018. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, earned in 2015.
