François de Laâge de Meux

François de La age de Meux is an associate lawyer in corporate law, Director of the Aquitaine Atlantique region.

François began his career at Fidal in Saintes in 1993 in the corporate law department. Appointed partner in 2001, he successively held the positions of director of the corporate law department in Bordeaux (2002) then regional director in 2008.

In this capacity, with Thierry Belleme and Christophe Puel, he represents the firm in the region, manages a team of 105 employees and creates the conditions conducive to their development, serving the development of clients, while respecting the values ​​of the firm.

François advises and assists managers on their restructuring, acquisition or disposal operations, particularly in the wine-growing and mass distribution sectors. He is also involved in issues of governance and transfer of family businesses.

In 2018, he graduated from Talents Up, a management school developed by Fidal in partnership with HEC.
