Wil Pong

Wil Pong is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and growth across various tech companies. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Product at Fiddler AI, Wil leads design and product initiatives in AI observability for enterprises. Previously, Wil held significant roles at Vanta, where as Senior Director, Platform and Growth Products, focused on transforming the company’s offerings for compliance and governance. At Amplitude, Wil scaled a product line to over $40 million while being recognized as a leader in Forrester’s 2024 Wave for Experimentation and Feature Management. Additional roles include Director of Product at Box, where Wil oversaw the Developer Platform, and positions at LinkedIn, Uber, Netflix, Apple, and Amazon, showcasing a strong background in product management, UX design, and team leadership. Wil is an alumnus of the School of Hard Knocks with a degree in GSD.
