Global Head of Product Marketing at Eventbrite

Jameelah Calhoun has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jameelah currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Head of Product and Customer Marketing at Eventbrite since April 2023. Previously, they served as the Global Head of Product Marketing at Eventbrite from January 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Eventbrite, Jameelah worked at Audible, Inc. as the Head of US Consumer Product Marketing from September 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at OnDeck as the Director of Global New Product Strategy from 2019 to 2020.

Jameelah also worked at The Guardian in 2018 as a Growth Strategy Consultant. Jameelah gained valuable experience at American Express, where they held multiple roles such as Director of Product Marketing, Global Digital Payments from 2016 to 2018, General Manager of Consumer Bank Consulting, Americas from 2015 to 2016, and Senior Manager in the Strategic Planning Group from 2013 to 2015. Their contributions at American Express included launching and operating Partner Advantage, a consulting practice that aided in digitization and modernization efforts for consumer card businesses at various banks.

Jameelah started their career as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Citi in roles such as Financial Analyst in the Metropolitan Issuers Finance Group from 2009 to 2011 and Derivatives Analyst in the Financial Strategy and Products Group from 2008 to 2009.

Jameelah Calhoun obtained their B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science from Yale University. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School, specializing in Strategy & Operations and General Management. Jameelah also received an additional certification in Advanced Product Marketing from LinkedIn in July 2020.
