Jennifer Welesko

As Chief Finance Officer at Fidelis Cybersecurity, Jennifer Welesko oversees the financial operations of the organization and manages all aspects of financial decision making, reporting, tax, and cash flow, as well as HR and legal. Her analytical approach and strategic mindset together with her technical acumen and business intelligence will help her guide Fidelis Cybersecurity to improved performance, stronger controls, and increased profitability. Prior to CFO, Jennifer was Fidelis Cybersecurity’s Corporate Controller. Jennifer joined Fidelis Cybersecurity from successful roles with Paya, Inc., Lansinoh, eTrade Financial, and Deloitte & Touche. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accountancy and Computer Information Science from American University, Kogod School of Business.
