Robert L. Slappey Jr.

Robert L. Slappey Jr. currently serves as a Joint Interface Control Officer at Fidelis Integrated Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities include facilitating communication and interoperability among military services during joint operations. Previous experience includes an Associate position at RANGE GENERATION NEXT LLC and a tenure in the United States Army as a Field Artillery Senior Sergeant, leading in fire support and operations within artillery units. Robert also has a background as a Field Artillery Firefinder Radar Operator and completed the Joint Operations Fires & Effects Course, which focused on joint lethal and non-lethal fire application. Prior military experience includes serving as an Operations Specialist in the US Navy, with extensive duties in radar operations, tactical coordination, and navigation. Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Strayer University and an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute, alongside additional training in Master Resilience.
