Jan Doležal

Jan Doležal is an experienced risk management professional with a strong background in catastrophe risk analysis and modeling. Currently serving as a Risk Manager at The Fidelis Partnership since January 2023, Jan previously held the position of Senior Risk Analyst at Fidelis Insurance from February 2022 to January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Natural Catastrophe Risk Analyst at VIG Re and Catastrophe Risk Modeler at Guy Carpenter, where expertise involved technical pricing of natural catastrophe treaties and data analysis. Jan also contributed as a researcher at Palacký University Olomouc, focusing on the creation of tactile maps for geospatial perception.
