Karen Amos

Karen Amos is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims management and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Bermuda Claims & Operations Manager at The Fidelis Partnership since April 2023, Karen previously held various roles at Fidelis Insurance, including Senior Claims Adjuster and Senior Claims Analyst from April 2021 to April 2023. During a long tenure at AIG from July 2002 to June 2020, Karen excelled as VP & Manager of Reinsurance Services, overseeing AIG's multinational team, and managed the Claims & Reinsurance Recoverables Unit, handling over $1 billion in transactions annually. Earlier in Karen's career, experience included a position as AVP & Senior Account Executive at Allianz Group, where underwriting and human resources coordination were key responsibilities. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. from St. John's University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Human Resources from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, complemented by education at Bermuda High School and Saltus Grammar School.
