Wendy Bowness is a seasoned professional in the insurance and reinsurance sector with extensive experience in technical operations and business analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Operations and Interim Group Head of Operations at The Fidelis Partnership since May 2017, Wendy oversees the company’s reinsurance and insurance operations, ensuring compliance with processes and successful contract management. Prior to this role, Wendy worked at Swiss Re for over a decade as a Senior eMessaging Expert and Vice President, focusing on building electronic interfaces for ACORD messages and managing various operational aspects to maintain data quality. Wendy also held key positions at GE Insurance Solutions, where responsibilities included managing technical accounts and participating in significant system migrations. Wendy's educational background includes O Levels and a BEC National Certificate from Redbridge Technical College, with a focus on insurance and business administration.
