Dee Sendrowski

Dee Sendrowski, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Fidelity Bank since February 2013, leading the execution of HR strategy and innovative programs that differentiate the Bank in the marketplace while upholding its culture and values. Previously, as Human Resources Director at LIN Media from April 2010 to February 2013, Dee introduced strategic talent initiatives such as succession planning and leadership development. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner at The Hanover Group and Director of Human Resources at Courion Corporation, as well as Business Manager at Oxford Instruments. Dee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Fitchburg State University.
