Mike Pacyna has over three decades of experience in the banking industry. Mike started their career as an Assistant Branch Manager/Management Trainee at Third National Bank in 1987. In 1988, they joined PNC and held various roles including Credit Analyst, Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, Vice President, Relationship Manager, Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and Senior Vice President, Market Manager. In 2015, Pacyna joined Fidelity Bank as the Executive Vice President & Chief Business Development Officer, overseeing the retail division. In October 2021, they took on the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Fidelity Bank. Their expertise lies in commercial banking, loan underwriting, risk management, and cross-selling financial products and services.
