Stephen Cook

Stephen Cook is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in project management and construction. Currently serving at Fidelity Engineering Corp since October 2012, Stephen previously held the role of program manager at Brailsford & Dunlavey, where significant contributions included the early and budget-friendly completion of the Paul Laurence Dunbar High School project in Washington, DC. Prior to that, Stephen worked as operations manager at Hudak Construction Services Inc, successfully overseeing multiple multimillion-dollar projects in sensitive environments and high-profile institutions. Earlier experience includes coordinating general contracting activities as a construction manager at Centex. Stephen holds dual B.A. degrees in Business and Communications from Towson University, along with a high school diploma from Calver Hall College.
