Brock Dunlop has over 30 years of work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Brock began their career as a Senior Accountant at Price Waterhouse from 1993 to 1997. Brock then worked as the Director of Investment Fund Accounting at CIBC Mellon from 1997 to 1999. At Fidelity Canada, Brock held several positions, including Finance Manager from 2000 to 2002, Director of Finance from 2002 to 2007, VP of Finance overseeing business unit support from 2007 to 2022, and VP and Fund Treasurer from 2017 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Corporate Sustainability, where they are responsible for developing and implementing Fidelity Canada's sustainability program.

Brock Dunlop earned a BBM degree in Finance from Ryerson University, where they studied from 1990 to 1993.
