Dylan Peters

Dylan Peters is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as Manager Learning Design Solutions at Fidelity Canada since November 2014. Prior roles at Fidelity include Manager Learning Development and Learning and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. Previously, Dylan worked at EllisDon as a Talent Development Specialist and at Timbercreek Asset Management in the role of Learning & Development Specialist. Dylan began a career at Samsung Electronics, where responsibilities included Organizational Development Project Manager and Organizational Development Facilitator, focusing on training programs and HRD initiatives. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
