Jeff Burgers is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Design at Fidelity Canada since February 2018, Jeff leads a team focused on innovation and exceptional user experience, aligning design strategies with business objectives. Prior to this role, Jeff was the Lead Product Designer at Fidelity, where responsibilities included overseeing the design of the digital Investment Broker and Financial Advisor experiences. As the founder of Jeff Mark Burgers Design since May 2013, Jeff offers independent design consultancy services specializing in product design and innovation. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Product Designer at Shape Products Inc, where Jeff managed the design of medical devices and consumer electronics, and as an Industrial Designer at Humanscale, where foundational skills in industrial design were developed. Jeff holds a degree in Industrial Design from Carleton University, completed in 2013.
