Kurt Fong

Kurt Fong is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Team Manager of Digital Applications Development at Fidelity Canada since October 2023. Previously, Kurt held the role of IT Project Manager at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, overseeing service delivery for the Membership Portfolio. As Associate Director of IT at the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Kurt managed a three-year Digital Transformation plan, including a significant system migration to PeopleSoft Campus. Additional experience includes roles as Manager and Assistant IT Manager at Hermes-OTTO International, where Kurt led application development teams and implemented web and mobile solutions, and as Senior System Analyst at EDPS LIMITED, leading government projects and system developments. Kurt began the professional journey as a System Analyst at Hutchison International and a Software Engineer at PCCW. Educationally, Kurt holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
