Victor Choi has a diverse work experience that spans various sectors. Victor began their career as a Gunner in the Canadian Armed Forces from 2007 to 2009. Victor then worked as a Special Assistant to a Member of Parliament from 2009 to 2011. After that, Victor served as a Special Assistant to the Minister of Immigration in 2011. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Special Assistant to the Minister of Employment. In 2015, Victor joined the Department of National Defence as a Senior Special Assistant to the Minister. Victor also served as Principal at Choice Strategy from 2015 onward. Victor's most recent role was as Director of Corporate Affairs at Fidelity Canada, which they held from 2016 to the present. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Senior Policy Advisor to the Minister of Finance at the Ontario Ministry of Finance.
Victor Choi holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Global Professional Masters of Laws from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Victor also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Toronto.
