Prior roles at MetLife included Lead Business System Analyst, where Angela conducted comprehensive data analysis and guided project management efforts, and Customer Experience Product Manager, overseeing production management activities. Earlier career experiences at Credit Suisse involved monitoring business applications and supporting trading systems, while at IBM, Angela provided technical support for Fortune 500 clients. Angela holds a Master of Science in Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi.
