Jaidip Chanda

Jaidip Chanda is an experienced professional in the philanthropic and financial services sectors, currently serving as the Head of Fundraising and Distribution at Fidelity Charitable® since November 2024. Prior to this, Jaidip held the position of Chief Development Officer at National Philanthropic Trust, leading client engagement for the largest independent donor-advised fund in the U.S. Experience at State Street included roles as Managing Director overseeing asset owner sales and charitable asset management divisions, achieving significant revenue growth and fostering diversity and inclusion initiatives. Earlier roles at Fidelity Investments focused on business development and relationship management, contributing to sustained fundraising success and strategic partnerships. Jaidip Chanda holds an Executive Nonprofit Leadership degree from Duke University, an MBA from Boston University, and a BS in Consumer Business Studies from the University of Vermont.
