Jill Weiner

Jill Weiner has a comprehensive and diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jill is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Fidelity Charitable since November 2020. In this role, they oversee Compliance, Risk, and Quality organizations, as well as the Board of Trustees and the Trustees' Philanthropy Fund. Additionally, Jill manages an Administrative Center of Excellence and serves as Chief of Staff to the President. Jill also takes charge of government and external affairs for Fidelity Charitable and leads employee engagement.

Prior to their role at Fidelity Charitable, Jill worked at Fidelity Investments as a Vice President of Regulatory Management from January 2018 to November 2020. Jill was responsible for managing regulatory change impacting Fidelity Asset Management's advisers and the Fidelity Funds. Jill led responses to domestic regulatory examinations and oversaw exams for foreign investment advisers as well. Jill worked collaboratively across compliance groups, the Treasurer's Office, and Corporate Legal and Compliance business partners.

Jill's earlier experiences include working at Fidelity Charitable from 2005 to 2018. In their positions as Chief Compliance Officer, Director of Compliance and Risk Management, Compliance Manager, and Senior Compliance Specialist, they managed all aspects of the organization's compliance with federal and state laws governing charities. Jill also developed legislative response strategies, maintained industry contacts, and created policies and procedures.

Before joining Fidelity Charitable, Jill worked as a Law Clerk at Tybout, Redfearn & Pell from 2002 to 2005. Jill also gained experience as a Law & Equity Summer Intern at the New York State Supreme Court in 2001 and as a Law Clerk at Locke Lord LLP from 1999 to 2000.

Jill Weiner's education history starts with their attendance at The Loomis Chaffee School from 1991 to 1995. Jill then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Union College from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Finally, Jill went on to continue their legal studies at Boston University School of Law, specializing in Taxation, and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from 2007 to 2010.
