Sarah Harmon

Sarah Harmon is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Director of Alternative Investments at Fidelity Charitable® since November 2024. Previous experience includes a role as a Venture Fellow Intern at BrightEdge - American Cancer Society from June 2023 to November 2024 and an extensive tenure at Cambridge Associates from July 2016 to August 2022, where Sarah worked as Associate Investment Director and Senior Investment Associate in Hedge Fund Research. While pursuing an MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management, Sarah also contributed as a Teaching Assistant for Financial and Managerial Accounting. Additionally, experiential learning includes internships with the University of New Hampshire Foundation, focused on ESG investing, and Pax World Investments, where Sarah researched gender equality in the finance sector. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics from the University of New Hampshire.
