Bim Patel

Bim Patel has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies. They started their career in 2008 as a Project Manager at ADP Dealer Services. In 2012, they joined Bluewolf, an IBM Company, where they held the roles of Business Analyst and Consultant. From 2015 onwards, Bim Patel has been working at Fidelity International. They initially worked as a Salesforce.com Business Analyst/ Solution Lead, then as a Senior CRM Solution Lead, and currently hold the position of Associate Director, Client Technology.

Bim Patel obtained a Distinction in MSc Information Systems and Business Analysis from Aston Business School, Aston University in 2011. Prior to that, they earned an Upper Second Class degree in Business Management and Accounting from Leicester Business School, De Montfort University in 2010. Bim Patel also holds multiple certifications from salesforce.com in various roles such as a Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Force.com Developer, and Administrator. Additionally, they hold a CPQ Product Certification from Apttus, obtained in 2014.
