Carolyn Weir

Carolyn Weir possesses extensive experience in the finance industry, primarily with Fidelity International since 2005, where roles have included Product Owner for the Adviser Platform, Head of Account Management, and various Associate Director positions overseeing Business Development and Investment Trusts. In these roles, Carolyn has managed Fidelity's Investment Trust companies and developed service propositions for Wholesale UK Distribution Channel clients. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Retail Sales Support at Insight Investment, managing sales support functions, and leading teams at AMP as Head of Sales Operations. Carolyn's career began at Jaguar as a Personal Assistant, followed by positions in financial planning at Prudential Assurance and AMP Pearl. Carolyn completed education at Mid-Warwickshire College from 1980 to 1982.
