Gagan Gupta

Gagan Gupta has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Gagan currently holds the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Incedo Inc. In this role, they are responsible for leading and transforming the global talent acquisition team across various locations. Gagan'smain focus is on recruiting IT and Digital Specialist professionals from around the world to provide high-end IT services to Fortune 100 companies.

Prior to their current role, Gagan worked at Fidelity International where they had multiple roles. Gagan served as the Head of India Operations for Global Distribution Operations, overseeing operations in Gurgaon and Noida. In this capacity, they led a cross-functional group of senior leaders and ensured the successful functioning of shared services deliveries.

Before that, Gagan worked at FIL Tunisia as an Associate Director of Operations. Gagan was responsible for setting up the operational team and overseeing all operational deliverables for UK and European customers.

Gagan's work experience also includes roles at Fidelity International as an Associate Director in Customer Operations, at Exl Services as an Associate, and at Essel Engineering Industries as an Accounts Officer.
