Greg Duffy

Greg Duffy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and organisational psychology. Currently serving as the Senior Manager - Early Careers Recruitment Lead for EMEA at Fidelity International since February 2022, Greg has previously held key roles at RBC Capital Markets, including Senior Campus Recruiter for Capital Markets and Wealth Management. Earlier career highlights include HR Consultant at Eyzon, Organisational Psychology Consultant at cut-e, and Research Assistant at the University of Limerick, where research focused on organisational psychology and HR practices. Greg holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Growth from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Limerick.
