Matthijs Schriek

Matthijs Schriek currently serves as a Sr. Asset Manager at Fidelity International, managing a Dutch real estate investment portfolio of 200,000 sqm. Prior experience includes Sr. Asset Manager roles at MRP Development, overseeing office and retail properties totaling 80,000 sqm and successfully selling a retail center, and as a Sr. Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in valuations for real estate investment trusts and mortgage portfolios. Matthijs began a career in real estate as a Consultant at Brink Groep, following a traineeship at Multi Corporation and an internship at ING Real Estate Development focusing on sustainability research. Matthijs holds a Master’s degree in Architecture, Building & Planning from Eindhoven University of Technology, along with certificates in Business Valuation and Real Estate Valuation.
